Yalda night

 Yalda night is the longest night of the year, though it may be less than one minute longer, that is annually celebrated as one of the social gatherings and is an excuse for the families to come together during this night. Yalda and Shab-e Cheleh in Persian is celebrated on the evening before the first day of the winter (December 21-22) in the Iranian culture.
